Observance of Mobile Court of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities held at Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri Districts in May, 2017State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities hold two Mobile Courts for ready redressal of the complaints of the Persons with Disabilities at Alipurduar on 3rd May, 2016 and at Jalpaiguri on 4th May, 2016.
Alipurduar & JalpaiguriDistricts : 89 & 62 complaints were herd in the Mobile Court at Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri respectively. Complaints were related to issuance of disability certificate by Medical Authority, benefit under various Poverty Alleviation Schemes, Aids & Appliances, Scholarship, Railway Concession, Free travel in Buses, Disability Pension, Economic Rehabilitation Grant Scheme and reservation in Employment.
