Chapter 3 - Scholarship

Women Development & Social Welfare Department provides scholarship to 5000 students with disabilities below Class IX at the rate as detailed below :

Item Rate
Scholarship below IX Rs. 300/- pm
Reader Allowance (VH) Rs. 100/- pm
Transport Allowance to LH & MR/Autism Rs. 150/- pm
Learning Teaching Material Rs. 500/- pm
Office of the Commissioner co-ordinates with other line Departments providing scholarships to the Students with Disabilities such as Mass Education Extension Department and Sarva Siksha Mission.
